PROBLEM BEHAVIOR: | ||
1. Payment for consecutive public K-9 training classes must be paid in advance. Classed must be attended in consecutive weeks unless other arrangements have been made. Make up classes for a class missed can be arranged. There are no refunds for cancellations. If Baden K-9 is unable to provide you with the requested course, your deposit will be refunded. Any classes canceled on the part of Baden K-9 will be made up at a later date agreeable to both parties.
2. You are responsible for providing health coverage and insurance for yourself and your dog. Your are responsible for ensuring you and your dog have no health problems which would hinder you or you dog from participating from course content.
3. You are responsible for maintaining control of your dog at all times. Baden K-9 assumes no responsibility or liability for loss or damages to property or persons caused by the above mention applicant or their K-9 at any time.
4. You are responsible for providing necessary documentation required for yourself and your K-9 to cross an international border. We are located in Ontario, Canada, one hour from the Buffalo International Airport. For a U.S. citizen this is photo I.D., a Veterinarian health certificate and current rabies for your dog. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this crossing.
The applicant agrees that the above information is true and correct to the best of their knowledge. The applicant agrees he or she has read and agrees to the terms of this agreement and those listed in the attached agreement. Submission of this signed application is acceptance of these terms.
BADEN K-9 REGULATIONS
REGISTRATION:
To register for a course you can telephone us and a registration form will be sent to you if required. A
20% deposit is required before the first date of the course. Payment in full must be made on the first day of the course.
PAYMENT:
Payment arrangements must be made at the time of registration. Payment may be made by check or money order. We do our best to accommodate our clients and can assist by in making payment plans through our office to. We reserve the right to deny this to anyone/group as we see fit.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO CAMERAS:
Client’s video cameras and still cameras are only to be used with special permission.
No audio recordings are to be used at any time. No cell phones are to be used on our premises.
No footage or pictures of any of the staff may be taken.
Any photos or video footage taken by any member of Baden K-9 and their staff may be used for promotional use without any remuneration or at any time now or in the future.
RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR K-9:
You are responsible for the cleaning up after of your dog. Your dog must be kept on a lead at all times at the facility unless otherwise instructed.
When the training is over the dog must be kept in a dog crate except during exercise time. No dogs are permitted to be tied around the area of the house/vehicles/carport. This area is off limits. You are responsible for your dog at all times.
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING:
B.D.U’s are recommended or loose fitting long pants. Training is done in all weather so suitable clothing should be brought as well as other accessories such as flashlight, thermos, water canteens, mitts, gloves, etc. This will ensures a better training experience.
This training agreement applies to the applicant who signature is shown, only.
No alcohol or drugs are allowed at this facility and no smoking is permitted in any, or near any, of the buildings.
