This agreement is made, and hereby entered into, on this day of __, 19____

(hereafter referred to as "Seller"),
and (hereafter referred to as "Buyer"),
for the purpose of
setting forth the terms and conditions of the purchase by the Buyer of a Baden K9 Incorporated
puppy/dog.
WE ACCEPT CERTIFIED CHEQUES, CASH OR MONEY ORDERS.
1. The owner agrees to pay the balance due by certified cheque, cash or money order prior
to the dog leaving the premises of Baden.
2. Deposits are non-refundable.
3. The owner is responsible for all shipping costs including the crate the dog is to be
shipped in.
4. Baden is responsible for providing a current health certificate before a dog leaves our
facility.
5. The owner is responsible for maintaining and upgrading the dogs training and socialising as
required. The owner is responsible for maintaining control of his dog at all times and keeping
his dog a "good citizen". A dog that is a "good citizen" is stable in public and around family
members. The owner is responsible for any and all damages incurred by his dog.
6. The owner is responsible for providing proper medical care, including annual vet visits
with vaccinations.
8. The owner is responsible for providing proper shelter, food and socialisation for the dog's
life.
9. The owner agrees to treat the dog humanely throughout its life.
BADEN K-9 PUPPY/DOG GUARANTEE
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.
1. The pup/dog's general health for illnesses acquired prior to pick up or shipping is guaranteed for 5 days after pick-up at our kennels or after shipping. All shipped puppies/dogs will receive a thorough examination by our vet prior to departure. It is the owner's responsibility to have the puppy/dog examined by his/her vet within the time provided.
2. The owner is responsible for maintaining and/or upgrading the dog's training.
3. The owner is responsible for maintaining discipline and keeping the dog a good citizen.
The owner is responsible for maintaining control of his dog at all times. Baden provides
two days complimentary handler training for every adult dog purchased. Transportation &
accommodation to Baden is the responsibility of the owner. Any complaints about a dog
must be reported immediately. THIS IS NOT A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
The owner is responsible for all shipping costs.
By purchasing a dog from Baden K9 Incorporated you agree to the following: 1) the dog is being treated humanely
and has a good home; 2) the dog maintains a good quality of life.
This purchase agreement is not transferable to any other person than what is stated on this form.
This purchase agreement is void if the conditions of this agreement are violated.
There are no other implied or intended guaranties or warranties other than those stated above.
