The news is full of reports regarding Israelis bombing of Hamas. More than one reporter asks, "All of this over just one soldier?" It is this statement that has brought me to write this to, "JUST ONE SOLDIER".

When I think of, "Just One Soldier," I think of "Just One Nation". It is wise at this time to remember what Israel has said. They have not said, Just One Soldier" they have said "Not Even One Soldier".

I am certain that you have heard of "Just One Nation Indivisible Under One God"? I am then led to think of, "Just One Constitution", and "Just One Bill Of Rights". I know that it is not our soldier that is being held in such high esteem, but what if it was? What if we as a nation, as a people, would risk everything we held most dear in our lives to secure the safety of just one of our soldiers? What if tonight before we fell asleep we prayed to just one God as our forefathers did.

There is I think much to be learned from the question, "All this for just one soldier?" After all is it not "Just one soldier" that sits awake in the darkness for, "Just one people"? What is it that, "Just One Soldier," is willing to sacrifice for us?

It is time that these questions be answered for all of the reporters in the world and for all of the enemies of our people, both domestic and foreign, to know forever. In this way it will never be asked again by anyone at anytime. Yes, all of this for "Just One Soldier," and our one soldier. As time goes inevitably on, we as a people must be ever vigilant against weakness. One may very well ask of those who would pose such a question, "Whose side are you on?"

We must realize that war has its price. This price will come in the form of human suffering and sacrifice. We must stand up once and for all and get this thing done. While our enemies cut off the heads of our people and butcher and bomb us, we accuse and put to trial our own soldiers. Our children and our ancestors deserve a better showing by us. Just one soldier is too dear a price to pay. If it must be paid then let it be one or one thousand of their soldiers.

Get off your bellies and let our soldiers feel our prayers and our support. If not, then it is time to surrender. The choice is ours. Do we raise a white flag or Old Glory? It takes "Just One Soldier, "to awaken a nation.

May God Bless all of you who sit in those places those soldiers must sit in. Know this, you are worth more than a nation can ever pay. This is written for each and every "Just One Soldier".
