RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS
In consideration of the acceptance of my application and permission to participate in training at Baden K9 Incorporated, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, succors, administrators and assigns HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE BADEN, and all other associations sanctioning bodies, sponsoring companies and all their respective agents, officials, servants, contractors, representative, successors and assigns OF AND FROM ALL liabilities, claims, demands, damage costs, expenses, actions and causes of actions whether in law or equity, in respect of my participation in the said event, whether as a spectator participant or otherwise, whether prior to, during or subsequent to any of the events AND NOT WITHSTANDING that same may have contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid, howsoever caused. Baden is not responsible for loss or damage to any property owned by any participants.

AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY
I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE TO HOLD and SAVE HARMLESS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any of all of them arising as a result of or any way connected to my participation in any of the training or as a spectator.

BY SUBMITTING AND SIGNING THIS FORM, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ ALL WRITTEN TERMS, UNDERSTOOD AND FREELY AGREE TO THE ABOVE ASSUMPTIONS OF RISKS, Release of Liability, Waive of Claims and Agreements to Indemnify. At all times during the said event I agree to observe all of the rules and guidelines at Baden. I permit free use of any and all images contained my likeness created in association with any of the visits or training at Baden. I WARRANT that all my equipment is mechanically fit and suitable for its intended use and that I am physically and mentally able to participate in any of the events and training at Baden.

The event will begin on July 25th, 26th and the 27th. The cost is $50.00 per day, per person attending. All monies will be donated a charitable organization in memory of Bryan.

Again, this is not a competition and we reserve the right to deny participation to any person/group as we see fit.

Please be sure to read the all of the following terms and conditions that apply to the tracking challenge.
1. Each participant must supply their own food/water etc. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. There are no refunds for cancellations. If we are unable to provide you with the challenge one of the days your money will be refunded. 2. You are responsible for providing health coverage and insurance for yourself and your dog. You are responsible for ensuring you and your dog have no health problems which would hinder you or your dog from participating in the events. 3. You are responsible for maintaining control of your dog at all times. Baden assumes no responsibility or liability for loss or damages to property or persons. 4. You are responsible for providing necessary documentation required for yourself and your K9 to cross an international border if necessary. The tracking challenge will take place in Ontario, Canada, one hours drive from the Buffalo International Airport. For a U.S. citizen this is photo ID, a Veterinarian health certificate and current rabies certificate for your dog. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the crossing.
REGISTRATION: To register for a course you can telephone us and a registration form will be sent to you if required.
FOOD: No alcohol or drugs are allowed at this facility and no smoking is permitted in any, or near any, of the buildings.
PHOTOS, CELL PHONES AND VIDEOS CAMERAS: No video cameras, still cameras or cell phone photos are permitted while on the premises. No audio recordings are to be used at any time. No footage or pictures of any of the staff may be taken. Any photos or video footage taken by any members of the Baden team may be used for promotional use without any remuneration now or at any time in the future.
RESONSIBILITY OF YOUR K9: You are responsible for the dishes, food, crate, etc and the CLEANING UP AFTER YOUR DOG. Dog food can be purchased from us. Your dog must be kept on a lead at all times at the facility unless otherwise instructed. When the training is over the dogs must be kept in a dog crate or on a lead except during exercise time. No dogs are permitted to be tied around the ahead of the house/vehicles/carport or along the driveway near the house. This area is off limits.
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING: B.D.U.'s or any type of loose fitting long pants is recommended. Training is done in all weather conditions so suitable clothing should be brought as well as other accessories such as a flashlight, thermos, water canteens, etc. This will ensure a better training experience.
TRANSPORTATION; Transportation is up to the clients. Leasing of a vehicle is the responsibility of the client. We are 10 minutes of driving distance from the nearest town.
All of the buildings must be left in the same condition as when you arrived at Baden.
