History, it seems, has forgotten the Airedale Terrier. This however is not the case in the hearts and memories of those that have had the privilege of working with these dogs.
As in all the breeds of working lineage, there are those dogs that have been ruined and those dogs that have been faithfully preserved.
Baden has for the last 5 years been working with the true working Airedale Terriers. Baden is breeding, training and cultivating this fine and intelligent breed.
Baden has just recently been reintroducing them into Law Enforcement and Search & Rescue work.
Most people do not remember that these dogs were used in both World Wars as messenger and scout dogs.
They posses a scenting ability rivalled only by the Bloodhound.
Highly intelligent, gentle, strong and capable, we now offer only a limited number of these dogs trained for home or estate companions.
